Do you accept any kind of return for refunds?

We will not accept the following returns:

  • Without the complete Return Email Request details.
  • Beyond the 10 day period following the Return Email Request or
  • Without proper packaging.

Do I have to pay for shipping when I return my purchase?

Yes, you need to pay for your shipping.

I keep the original packaging, how do I pack when returning orders for refund?

If you have the original packaging & labeling, just follow the following simple steps to return your items to us:

  1. Pack your return in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
  2. Notify us about your return products at: orderrequests@runsocial.com.
  3. Make sure your original labeling still has all necessary information that appeared on it when it first came.
  4. Use a carrier of your choice to ship the product back to our warehouse. A carrier with tracking is recommended so you can provide us with the tracking details.
  5. Wait for our notification on the shipping status of the returned item(s).

I have lost my original packaging, how do I pack when returning orders?

If you do not have the original packaging, we are unable to give you a refund for your purchase.
Nonetheless, you will still be able to return the product to us if you wish to. Just follow the simple steps below:

  1. Pack our products such that it gives the equal degree of protection as the original packaging.
  2. Wait for us to email you a standard shipping label.
  3. Download the shipping label and tape it on your return package.
  4. Use a carrier of your choice to ship the product back to our warehouse. A carrier with tracking is recommended so you can provide us with the tracking details.
  5. Wait for our notification on the shipping status of the returned item(s).

I have changed my mind and I would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?

We understand that hasty decisions are made at times when it comes to shopping. Should you like to cancel your pre-paid order before it is ready to be shipped (usually 2 hours after your order), you will be refunded fully via your payment mode of either Credit Card or Paypal.

If the products have been delivered to you and you would like to return them to us, take note of the following return requirements so that your returns are qualified for refunds (1) All Products must be packed in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the Product (2) All details within the Return Email Request must also be separately included.
