How can I estimate my Delivery Date?

The Estimated Time of Arrival of your order is the sum of Processing Time, Shipping & Delivery Time. If your order is received before 5:30AM Local Warehouse Time, it will be processed on that same day and we will typically ship your order within 2-3 business days.

Please note that the above are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Specifically,the delivery time for your order depends on:

  1. The shipping method you select
  2. The in-stock availability of the product.
  3. The destination address.

Though we try our best to deliver you your order as soon as we can, late delivery may happen in certain times of the year: holiday , after holiday weekends, peak/busy influx of orders, international shipments procedures, or other logistics issues. Whenever possible, we will notify you if there is any problem to the shipment of your order. How is my shipping cost calculated?

If you wonder how your shipping costs are calculated, below is the simple explanation of what affects the shipping costs you pay:

  1. The destination of your item(s): Destinations that are far from our LA and London warehouses may incur higher shipping costs.
  2. The shipping method you select: You will be prompted to pick your shipping option during checkout (Ground, 1 Day, 2 Day). Typically, the faster shipping options come with higher costs.
  3. The number of items you ordered.
  4. The number of shipping destinations.

Your total shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

I have not received any confirmation email, what should I do?

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are so sorry that we are unable to offer you free shipping at the moment. Nonetheless, we will definitely consider that option in the future!
